After i use them several times,i can say...Not great,not terrible! The only "problem" is that you have to wait a lot untill your order is done,even if they are not busy.Mabye KFC food,is getting done slower than MC or BK,i don't know. Another thing is the drive thru.This KFC is located in a Motorway Service Station,but they have a height limit of 2.7 meters, and means that I, with my van, cannot enter the drive thru,which is ridiculous for a service station Staff is friendly.The location is always clean and tidy.Toilets are free and very clean.
Portions seem smaller than in the past. Service in the drive-through INCREDIBLY slow. I was advised to park up and my order would be brought out. I almost fell asleep waiting and when the food arrived they had forgotten the drinks so I had to wait even longer...
